Why Coaching?
Coaching can support us in so many ways. It makes us more self-aware and therefore allows us to life a more authentic life.
My expertise lies in supporting clients in strengthening their sense of self, cultivating self-love, healing people-pleasing patterns, and deepening the relationship to self.
You are the person you spend the rest of your life with, which makes the relationship with yourself the most important one. This self-relationship determines the quality of all other relationships in your life.
We will work on understanding your needs, boundaries, values, strengths, self-talk, and patterns. We will look at your relational patterns and increase awareness on when you might be compromising yourself or in what contexts you tend to people-please. In a compassionate and empathetic way, I will support you through the process of changing these patterns.
Ultimately, this will allow you to live more authentically, build confidence and self-esteem, and feel home within yourself.

I have divided my offer into the following three categories:
Rooting, Growing, Flourishing
We can grow the most and flourish in the most beautiful way when we have strong internal roots. With these roots I mean knowing who we are, being aware of our values, strengths, needs, and boundaries, as well as having the tools to ground & regulate ourselves and give ourselves love and compassion.
Depending on where you are at in your personal process we might focus on the rooting aspect first, or we jump right into the things that will help you flourish. These three aspects do not indicate a step-by-step programme, they simply outline different areas that we can work on together.

What to expect from a session
Coaching is always customised to your needs and to what serves you best. Sessions are a mix of different elements such as talking, embodiment, visualisations, & creative tools.
Depending on what will serve you best in each moment, I will apply elements from different approaches such as mindfulness, existentialism, body psychotherapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems) theory, Positive Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, shamanism, and somatic practices. I am working with a client-centred approach. This means you are always fully in the lead of what we focus on – you are steering the ship.
During coaching sessions, you will be able to understand yourself better. We will raise awareness around your thinking and behavioural patterns, as well as your body’s signals. Our body and nervous system hold so much wisdom about our needs and wants which is why it is important to listen to them.
Sessions are exploratory, as well as progress oriented. If appropriate, you will identify and commit to self-determined actions. This is a commitment to yourself and your journey. As your coach I will support you throughout your process in an empathic and empowering way.
